Restructuring a Brand & Building an AI Membership Management Agent

The Challenge

Tribu World needed a stronger and more focused digital foundation to support its growth. The existing website and brand structure did not fully reflect the product vision or clearly communicate the platform’s value to associations and membership-based organizations.

 

Key challenges included a lack of clear product positioning, inconsistent brand structure, and the need to translate a complex operational product into a simple and compelling user experience. At the same time, associations were struggling with manual and time-consuming membership processes that required automation and better systemization.

What We Built

Devabble led a full restructuring of the Tribu World website and brand identity to create a clearer, more modern, and product-driven experience. The platform was redesigned to communicate value more effectively, improve clarity across messaging, and position Tribu World as a specialized solution for associations.

In parallel, we designed and built an AI Membership Management Agent that automates core association workflows such as membership handling. 

 

The combination of brand restructuring, website optimization, and AI product development created a unified digital ecosystem aligned with Tribu World’s long-term vision.

How We Built It

We started by redefining the information architecture and brand structure to ensure the platform clearly communicated its core value proposition to associations. The website was then redesigned with a product-first approach, focusing on clarity, conversion, and simplicity of user flow.

 

On the technical side, we built the AI Membership Management Agent using a modular and scalable architecture, allowing it to handle membership-related workflows such as onboarding, updates, and communication automation. The system was designed to integrate seamlessly into the Tribu ecosystem and evolve as new features are introduced.

 

We combined UX design, frontend development, and AI system design into a single cohesive build process, ensuring that both the brand and the product worked together as one unified experience rather than separate layers.
