Leaders for Future: Inspiring Women Entrepreneurs

Today our CEO, Elisa Ago had the pleasure of taking part in the “Leaders for Future” Role Model Roundtable in Tirana, an inspiring initiative organised from Albacademy bringing together experienced professionals and young women who are exploring entrepreneurship and the possibility of building their own startups.

During the roundtable, Elisa had the opportunity to share her entrepreneurial journey, the experiences that have shaped her path, and some of the challenges and lessons that come with building a business in the technology and startup ecosystem.

What made the conversation particularly meaningful was the opportunity to speak openly with young women who are at the beginning of their own journeys, discussing not only the exciting side of entrepreneurship, but also the uncertainty, challenges, failures, and persistence required to turn an idea into something real.

At Devabble, we believe that innovation is driven not only by technology, but also by people who have the courage to build, experiment, and create something new. Supporting and encouraging more women to participate in entrepreneurship and technology is an important part of building a stronger and more diverse startup ecosystem.

I’m grateful to have been part of a conversation dedicated to empowering the next generation of women entrepreneurs and to have had the opportunity to share my experience with women who are considering taking their first steps into the world of startups.

We hope to see many of these ideas turn into businesses, products, and ventures in the years ahead.
