Building AI-Ready Teams: Our Training with Iute Albania

As organizations move from experimenting with AI to integrating it into their everyday operations, one of the most important steps is helping teams understand how these tools can actually improve the way they work.
Recently, Devabble had the opportunity to train the team at Iute Albania, delivering a practical session focused on AI and digital tools that can be applied directly in the workplace. The training was organized in collaboration with Albacademy, whose work continues to support professional development and digital skills across Albania.
Rather than focusing only on the technology itself, the session explored how AI can become part of everyday workflows from improving productivity and automating repetitive tasks to supporting research, communication, content creation, and decision-making.
For us at Devabble, this is an important part of AI adoption. Implementing AI successfully is not only about choosing the right tools or building the right technology. It is also about enabling people to use those technologies confidently and effectively.
